Shipping & Delivery Policy

All items in our shop are Made-to-Order. Please review the information below regarding our production and delivery times:

1. Shipping Rates:
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

2. Processing Time (Creation Time):
Since every garment (including hand-painted jackets and custom items) is crafted individually or modified to order, the time needed to prepare and ship your order is up to 21 business days after payment confirmation. We do our best to complete and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

3. Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch):
Once completed, packages are shipped via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:
* Poland: 1-3 business days
* European Union (EU): 3-7 business days
* Rest of the World (including USA, UK, Norway): 7-14 business days

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Norway), the buyer is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
