Return & Refund Policy (Made-to-Order & Custom Apparel)
All products in our store are made-to-order. Because we offer both standard catalog designs and individual custom modifications, our return policy depends on the level of personalization:
1. Standard (Catalog) Designs without modifications:
If you order a standard design from our catalog in a regular size (M, L, XL, etc.) without making any changes, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
* The returned product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original retail condition.
* The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Personalized & Custom-Modified Orders:
If any modifications were made to a standard design at your request (such as adding custom text, altering colors, or adding specific patches) or if the item was custom-made to your individual measurements, it is NOT eligible for return or exchange. All custom and personalized purchases are final.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email at Sartorius.zu@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the defect and the packaging. Once verified, we will offer a proper solution (replacement, repair, or refund).
