• Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, I will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Custom Commissions (Made-to-order):

Because these jackets are hand-painted specifically for you and according to your unique measurements and design preferences, I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

• Quality Guarantee: To ensure you are 100% happy with the result, I will send you detailed photos and videos of the finished piece for your approval before shipping.

Shipping & Customs:

  2-3 business days.
• Made-to-order items: Creation time is 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
• Important: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. I have no control over these charges.
